I am an Real Estate professional agent with Prudential Serls Prime Properties. Within the Hudson Valley, Prudential Serls has six (6) Real Estate offices, and our office is at East Fishkill, New York.. Our location is about 1000 feet West on Route 52 from the intersection of ROUTE 52 / TACONIC STATE PARKWAY. This makes it very convenient and accessible for my customers that come from the New York City and the Westchester areas. In addition, there are two Train Stations within 20 minutes from our office where I have met customers for tours of the area and for house hunting trips in the past.

I have lived in my home along with my wife since 1964. I am perhaps the most knowledgeable person in our area relative to Real Estate. I have an in-depth knowledge of Dutchess County and in Ulster County, where I grew up. I entered in the Real Estate profession in the early 1980's as an investor in Real Estate and as as agent in 1994.

Previously, I was employed by IBM, East Fishkill, N.Y. from 1963 to 1993 at which I retired after 30 years. The last position that I held at IBM was Manager for the Electron E-Beams, responsible for Engineering Changes, Installations of the E-Beams, Rebuild of Tooling, Debugging of problem area, Manufacturing Support - 3 shifts locally - 7 days a week as well as providing support for Germany, France, Burlington VT, Development at Yorktown and R.P.I. in Troy, N.Y.

Some of my interest and or hobbies are: Gardening both vegtables and basic BOTANY - ANNUALS, Biennials, Perennials, Vegetative Reproduction etc. I have one of the biggest flowering gardens gardens in the area.

General contracting: I have built our home from ground up. I have redone our nvestment homes

Autos: I own several classic cars - 1963 Corvette, 1972 Stingray w/454, 1966 mercedes and 1972 mercedes
