I am a professional wildlife artist. I work very large and my studio will be in the basement, or bedroom. We need 3-4 bedrooms. I am married to a retired orthopedic surgeon. We both enjoy hiking. I like to garden and will need a large yard for the vegetables I intend to grow. My husband is a home brewer, so we need a basement, preferably, a walkout basement. Also, we need at least a two car garage. We also want a family room and living room as we have a grand piano, keyboard, and string instruments. We need at least two bathrooms, one of which can be a 3/4 bath. We also need a large kitchen, preferably with a gas range as my husband is a gormet cook. A split level is great. An older property (1976-1996) with mature landscaping would be great, preferably with fruit trees.
We have built with contractors, two large homes, one 5000sq ft and one log home, 4500 sq ft.. We have owned six other homes, all of which required some remodeling, which we did ourselves. We are very capable of fixing up most propertys.
We will be looking at homes in Loveland, CO mostly.

My interests are, gardening, hiking,reading, watching movies and nature show with my husband, playing the piano, and spending time with my two grandchildren.
