I am now inactive, until I decide its time to jump back in.
I am proud to be a Member of NAR, since 2004, in New Mexico & in Colorado since 2002. I have worked and sold in Commercial Realty also, for a 1 year period.
I have been involved in developingprojects, worked with and some builders, and attended Rio Rancho Planning in 2006 and a member CARNM.
I love to help people in thier Home search or selling needs. Much of the stress of home buying is lessened if you have someone on your side. I am able to direct the buyer to questions, answers, or just a good eye.
I often stage my listings, or at least recommend the best way to ready your home for sale, in this market, you have to be the best dressed, best priced, and out there!
