We have lived in Clayton for 3 years, relocating from NY. We looked for 1 week before we moved here at many developments. We ended up purchasing in Plantation Pointe in the Flowers Plantation area. The neighborhood is established even though they are continuing to build offers many amenties, and there are lots of children of all ages. We found that the houses were just better built, and lots are also bigger. We live in the nieghborhood and it is a great neighborhood for families. There are alot of kids of all ages and everyone is very friendly. There are also tennis courts, a playground, and a community pool. We put an inground pool in our yard for the simple fact that my children like to be in the water all day and in there own backyard they can be without having to stop what I am doing and leave to go to the pool . Unfortunately we are in the process of trying to sell our home because of space. My son races motocross and we need property for a track! Hope this info helps you. - Thu Aug 7 2008, 08:41
