Nancy answered:
If your offer had been enough to pay off what the sellers owed you wouldn't be waiting. Your greed in trying to take advantage of someone elses pain is why your waiting. Banks readily except offers that cover what is still owed them very quickly. Maybe you should up your offer if you don't want to wait. - Sun May 11 2008, 16:43

If i was a realtor I wouldn't help you sell your home. Your undercutting their business and profession by trying to do thier job for them. I would not buy a house without realtor representation nor would I sell one. and I think Keith is right. This is not a forsalebyowwner site for posting your own listings. Nancy answered:
The best spot to advertise your home is on the MLS with a realtor. Because in this market the only way your going to sell your home is with the right representation and marketing from a good Realtor. Do some FSBO research and you will find most FSBO's profit margin in less without a realtor then it would have been with a realtor. If you really want to sell find yourself a good Realtor. - Thu May 1 2008, 05:57
