we bought a house in 8/09 that was said to be on sewer and water also in port charlotte , fl the lien had been pd in full to water co in 04 but was never connected so i am still paying water and sewer ? hum wondering why the water co whos had this money all this time is not more understanding to our problem and not returned 3 of our phone calls as to where to put the box connected to some type uf panel for the sewer hook up. i recently phone the real estate agent who never returned our request for her paper work info she had on the house so i am supposing shes afraid of getting mixed up in it. they will be digging up my yard to and wondering if i will get any more hidden fees out there beside the new permit of $90.00 - Tue Dec 8 2009, 13:37

Hi Jeanne, Thank you for your time ,, i suppose what confused me is i thought all the surrounding homes would be in the $110.000 area and i am wondering what type of neighbor i might be living next to as we are older and that house i am assumming would be a rental for $30.000, not snobby just want to be safe its 33917 area not wanting to live in a fishing camp..lol - Thu May 14 2009, 08:03
