We are a family of five moving from Richlands, NC to the San Diego area. We are curious about good deals on foreclosures. Some prices seem too good to be true, and we are not sure what a reasonable price would be for a 5 bedroom 3 bath home near Del Mar. Looking for advice on this subject.
