I do not think my frustration is with the market - I am quite aware of market conditions. She asked me to leave candles - I did - she didn't light them because she didn't have matches. Well, if you thought it was important there's a store 0.5 miles away.
The pics she had were awful - I took better ones and I am no expert.
After open houses, weeks go by before I get feedback. She does not answer my calls promptly. I have market frustration yes, but I know what frustration is due to the market and what is due to the realtor.
