I have sold other properties in River Watch within the last 6 months. I can tell you, there are still buyers plenty of buyers out there. The trick is knowing how to get the property in front of them, and second knowing how to appeal to theri interest. My experience has been that the banks are always slow in getting the signed paperwork to the buyer. Keep in mind that verbal is not legally binding in Florida. If another higher offer comes in on the property, the listing agent has a responsibility to present that offer to the bank until you are in receipt of your signed paperwork.

I have helped others from the UK find and purchase homes here in Tarpon Springs and surrounding areas. Based on what I've been told, if you are from the UK. or other visa waiver country, you can come for 90 days at a time, must return home and may come for another 90 days, up to 180 days n a year. There is no specified waiting time between trips. If a person has a b2 tourist visa, he may come to the U.S. multiple times during the 5 or 10 year duration of the visa, just must convince the immigration officer that he can support himself , and will return home ..there is no specified time between visits.
