We are thinking about removing the bathtub in the master bathroom and converting it into a large shower area before we sell our home. Is 1 tub Okay?
I wouldn't recommend it.
A Master Bath is supposed to have everything.

Garage Conversions are almost always negative.
Please don't do it.
