When buying a new home, what upgrades do you go for? In your opinion what holds the most value? e.g. Extra bedroom, upgrade kitchen, new appliance?
I find buyers generally want more than one bath and an updated kitchen. Depending on their budget, they'll take the extra bath over the updates!

Is the CC&R a public document that can be requested from the city?
