I'm sorry for your situation. Have you investigated all of your options beside foreclosure? Some include doing a short sale, bankruptcy and deed in lieu of foreclosure. If you do a short sale or declare bankruptcy your mom may get to stay in the house a while longer, check with an attorney.

Hmm...part of the problem may be that 80823302 is not a valid MLS # for the Metrolist MLS? The last listing data I show for this property address is from 2006...the folks who purchased it then are still listed as the current owners in the tax records.
