I am a litle biased, but a good local realtor can help you find the house you need, or an apt you like. You will also need some support documentation to give any new landlord since most landlord run credit reports on their tenants. Bankrupcy is a big step, and hopefully you consulted with an attorney as well as an accountant. Both can give you the pros and cons, to help you make the best decision for your future. Doing it "on your own" will just add time and with the circumstances your mentioned, stress to your life. Now is the time to get together the team to better chart you future. Work with a local realtor, a good attorney and a good accountant so that your financial future can be better secured.... more
As far as I know, the agent for this home would need to upload it to the Trulia site, if they wanted it featured here. The only website that I know for sure has all MLS listings is Realtor.com, which is owned by the Multiple Listing Services across the country. The listing agent is shown on that link that you sent us, why dont you just contact her and tell her you would be interested in more information on the property? Good Luck!... more

Or you could simply have an agent do the search for you for what you are looking for. Then the agent could weed out the ones with a HOA/POA and then provide you with a list with the ones that meet your needs.
Provide me with what you are looking for: price, style, bedrooms, baths, area, etc and your email address. I will do a search and provide you with the homes that match.
