But, there are two sites that will allow you to see most of 2008 and 2007's data and allow users to form their own conclusions about a particualr area. I recently showed a home in this area and my Buyer's did not like the area at all. I recommend you find a Realtor to show you homes in various areas so you can get a feel for what is available in the area and price range you are wanting.
