The sale of a mobile home is similar to a regular home in that the transfer of title is recorded. To get the information of what it sold it for, check the tax records. You might be able to research on line. But the most direct way is to go to the county tax assesor's office at the Civic Center. As far as the statue of limitation, it would be best to consult a lawyer.
There is no easy answer for that question. The only way to know for sure is to go down to City Hall of each town and find out. Each city has different zones for diffierent uses. Most residential zoning I would imagine you will not be able to. But if the zoning has mixed use, along with large lots where you can have farm animals, horses etc...Having a boarding house for dogs might be okay. But the only way to know is to go to City Hall.
