what's the best way to buy a home again have a foreclosed home and some bad credit ? because of a bad divorce
The bets way will be to re-establish your credit and then save some money for a down payment. Most loan programs call for it to be 2 years after your foreclosure.

My parents purchased my home with cash so that the offer would get accepted. How do I now get a loan in my name and have my parents be paid back.?
If the house is not in you name they will have to place it in your name, or at least include you on title.

Then you just go to any bank and get a loan for it.
