There are some agents/brokers who specialize in foreclosures on the listing end, but I don't know of any in my area who only do foreclosures on the buy end. However, the process is different than a normal purchase so you should have someone representing you who is familiar with it or it could be an exceedingly difficult time for you.
Also, you need to understand there are two types of foreclosures:
1. Auction - you need all cash, you will usually be competing against veteran investors, you won't have assurance of clear title, and you won't be able to do inspections.
2. REO - these are listed on the MLS and is what I was referring to above.
