You need to focus on the fact that your payments are too high. You need to be in constant communication with your lender. Find out what your options are. Is selling an option? Can you refinance? Whatever you do, try not to miss payments. If you are missing payments and not communicating with your lender it will hurt you more than help you.... more

The good news for you is that the rental market seems to be a lot stronger now then in recent years...with a lot of first time buyers pushed OUT of the buying market due to lending changes, there are more and more great renters out there...most are willing to sign at least 1 year leases...
Hi Has. I only found 15 new homes (i.e. built in 2007) within the past 6 months. Rancho Cordova is not an area known for a lot of new development. The sales ranged in price from $314,213 to $490,290. Average GLA was 2,206 sqft. Average DOM was 46 days. Average sale price was $376,371. Average per sqft price was $172.
