Yes, we do have a lot of these, however if you are the owner thinking of doing this, there are specific requirements in the City of Santa Monica on how short of a rental it can be, if you are searching for a short term rental, it is going to depend upon when you will be arriving on the availability, many of them book up 6 to 10 months in advance.

Each HOA has their own Covenents, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&R's). The CC& R's will indicate what is allowed when owning a home in that particular community. If the CC& R's indicate that Estate sales or sales of anykind for that matter will not be allowed to take place out of the home then yes, the HOA may prevent you from doing so. Good luck!
