They hire another company to then hire subcontractors to do the out clean outs. You need to be licenses, insured, and have your own equipment. Not usually, but not impossible. If the company is a llc or corporation it may be easier to transfer the corporation. You need to check with Homesteps for their guidelines and perhaps a real estate or corporate attorney ofr the pros and cons of buying the business and in which form it should be bought.
