Hi, Lennie. I found 2 homes under $900 in Leander. However, if you're not ready to move in November 1, it might be a little too early to start looking. Most landlords will only hold a property vacant for 2 weeks.
I would wait until October before you start looking for your new home.

NOW OPEN IN CEDAR PARK.... more
Can you find anything like that in WA, for that price? I am sorry I am not finding anything in Cedar Park in that price range, as far as a house goes. You might be able to find a 2 BR condo or apartment. Cedar Park is a high end rental area with a stortage of homes to rent.
An Apartment or duplex, if you can find one will be your only option.

Be glad to discuss in detail and help with you move and transition into the area, can send you listings, reference websites and my personal knowledge. The commute is actually fairly reasonable and you have a couple of alternatives for that. I look forward to helping you find the perfect place if you are not already working with a Realtor.... more
Any local Realtor like myself, that has access to the Multiple Listing System (MLS) can show you homes listed for rent. The service is no charge to you as the owner/landlord pays the agent to show the rental property to you. I know the Cedar Park and Leander area and would be happy to help you. Feel free to contact me at your convenience.... more
