If a homepath loan offers homepath reno loan, do you have to use the reno loan, or can you use just regular homepath loan?
No. If the home does not require it, you don't have to utlize the reno/repairs aspect of the Homepath.

Most likely, about 30-45 days. 60 days only if the region of the country is backed up. I would probably plan on closing an FHA purchase around the end of July.
