Well...#1 Realtors are not allowed to "steer" buyers into certain neighborhoods. This is STATE LAW and we can lose our license over this.
What we can do though is provide objective information and resources for you to use in aiding your decision. It is the same for words like criminal, safe, and clean. You would need to go to the city's/county's website to discover statistics, and then make your own determination if it is safe by YOUR STANDARDS.
