Give me a call and we can talk what price range you are looking in, because that is the key. They do exist, and I can help you find them. Not to mention any other criteria you are looking for. I can also help you find ones that are not for sale, and we can maybe ask them if they are willing to sell! Just call me and we can talk about it.

Hi Steven and Pamela. It means that there is an accepted offer on this home, but the buyers have yet to sell their current home. If they get another offer that is not contingent, the current buyers have 24 hours to lift their contingency by getting their home under contract.

Eric, seeing as your question comes from Eden Prairie, MN, I wonder if the home is still occupied? I see that it is listed, so as a fellow Realtor I really can't give you any specifics at this time. I can say that the market in NE Indiana for homes at that price level, tends to be a tough one because people with that kind of income very often choose to build exactly what they want rather than purchase an existing home. It is not uncommon for sales times to stretch to 18 months. Should your current listing experience prove to be unsuccessful, please feel free to contact me, Ken Scheffler, "The Bulldog Real Estate Agent." Association dues can vary dramatically, up to several hundred dollars a month for high end condominiums. There are also a few companies in Fort Wayne that will service a single family home, making it "maintenance free living" for a monthly fee, allowing you to buy a home, not a condo, without the maintenance.... more

With todays interest rates and lower home prices, I think you would be safe buying a home and expecting to not lose money on it. The longer you keep it the better off you will be though. Call me for more details. Kevin Fry, Century 21 Bradley Realty, 260-414-9300.... more
No, you don't have to buy a home. You may already know Southwest Allen County Schools' website, if not, simply Google it. Each school is assigned certain addresses or geographic areas to service, whether they are single family homes, rental homes or an apartment complex. On the site, click on "About SACS." Then scroll down and click on "Boundary Map - Elementary." There, you'll be able to see the area in which you need to live in order for your daughter to attend Aboite Elementary. And, when you're ready to settle into a home in the Aboite area, or anywhere else in NE Indiana, remember it was Ken Scheffler, "The Bulldog Real Estate Agent," that answered your question. As far as value, a good local buyer agent can easily assess what the home is worth as is. FNMA is not always the easiest place to buy a home from, teh paperwork is strict and it takes a long time for answers and signatures. Having an agent who is familiar with them sure can help.... more
