Matt,
The first one that comes to mind would be Canterbury Green. It is rather large, and was populated well with younger people. Not sure what the mix is, but probably a pretty safe bet. Feel free to give me a call if I can be of further assistance. Thanks!... more
No, you don't have to buy a home. You may already know Southwest Allen County Schools' website, if not, simply Google it. Each school is assigned certain addresses or geographic areas to service, whether they are single family homes, rental homes or an apartment complex. On the site, click on "About SACS." Then scroll down and click on "Boundary Map - Elementary." There, you'll be able to see the area in which you need to live in order for your daughter to attend Aboite Elementary. And, when you're ready to settle into a home in the Aboite area, or anywhere else in NE Indiana, remember it was Ken Scheffler, "The Bulldog Real Estate Agent," that answered your question. Tenacious, Committed, Loyal and Best of All, "House-trained!" Contact me at BulldogREAgent.biz@gmail.com or 450-0794.... more
Go to www.annualcreditreport.com and print out your report from one of the 3 credit bureaus.
Bring it with you and show it to the landlord or his agent. If the report is satisfactory it could
give you an advantage and save some time.If it is not good, expect to be turned down so you'll need
to work on it.... more
Hi, I'm not a Realtor and I'm not sure how soon you'll be able to get an answer for your question here...but thought I could offer you some suggestions.
You could post what you're looking for on Craigslist under "Housing" then "housing wanted" where property managers/landlords look to find tenants like yourself?
Also check out www.rentalhouses.com and enter the zipcode 46809 for rentals in that area and other areas close by...
Good luck!... more
