Nice thing about Norfolk State is it's right on 264 with easy access from just about anywhere. Chesapeake and VB are very family oriented with great parks and sports facilities. I like ashville park now that new investors have moved in. I think with the nimmo pkwy expansion the princess anne/sandbridge area in primed for growth.
