Who you choose to sell your home is a big decision. Many people feel loyalty to the agent who helped them purchase the home in the first place, and that is completely understandable. Most people will interview two or more agents to sell their home. You want someone who you feel comfortable with not only as a person, but you want to feel comfortable knowing that the sale of your home is in their hands, and they will use the resources at their disposal to get the job done as quickly as possible while netting you the most money as possible.
