Realtors in your area can give you lists of foreclosed homes by searching in the MLS by owner (bank or corporate owned) or by searching the HUD website. You can buy subscriptions to foreclosure home websites but I would try a local realtor first (they can get the information for free and those sites can often be outdated with sales information).
