Coventry Park is one great option. Lennar builds a quality product. I would check on availability. I think they are about 75% sold and many of the prime locations have been sold.

Many baby boomers will keep their residences or go smaller in northern areas and buy a 2nd home somewhere else. Resort orented and highly amenitized communities are targeted for growth.... more
The median home price in Morris Plains is down about 4% over the past year. However, you can't necessarily project that to the future, because no one knows if the trend will continue. So I would advise you to price to the present market. What homes are competing with yours right now? What homes similar to yours have closed in the past 3 months?
