I think you may feel differently 10 years from now. How long do plan to stay in the home you are looking to purchase? There are a lot of great values everywhere right now.
I am not motivated by an incentive offered from the seller to the selling agent. I show homes that meet my client’s needs and wants. It is my responsibility to help them find the right home. When I do that, I get paid from the seller at closing and that is a win-win for everyone involved!

Question removed

Answer by Mark Roncone: Thank you for responding quickly and all of your help is greatly appreciated!

How much, on average, have home prices declined in 60540 in the last year? 5%, 10%, 20%? I always recommend that my clients use an attorney for a real estate transaction. Right now buyers have tons of choices. It is my opinion that if you are offering the best "deal" for the buyers (not the Realtors) you will have a better chance of selling your home. I hope it works out well for you.

Has anyone had as much trouble posting their listings with Trulia as I have?

Answer by Mark Roncone: Lauralee,
