No worries about having just problem properties, overpriced, or major fixer-uppers come August. This is one of the best buying markets I have seen in awhile. I sell in Anthem, AZ and have shown many beautiful bank owned homes in Anthem Country Club. I know Beautiful and Bank owned don't usually go together but, these types of home are available in Anthem. Visit my website for more information on the Anthem Opportunity. In my opinion Anthem is the best value in the Phoenix area. www.AnthemAZGuide.com

I am moving to Phoenix & plan to buy a 4BR home in North Phoenix. There absolutely is a way to get bank owned property information without giving your credit card number. As an Anthem resident and Realtor I would be happy to assist you with gathering the details of the bank owned properties that are available. I research the MLS every day looking for great deals for my buyers. It is important to be educated about this particular market that we are in. There are certain addendums and disclosures that you as a buyer need to understand as you proceed through the buying process. I would love to help you navigate your way through as this is such an exciting time to be a buyer. Visit my website for more information www.AnthemAZGuide.com and give me a call and we can discuss your search criteria.
