An agent can e-mail you foreclosed homes
from the MLS provided you form a buyer/agent relationship.
I know of no known "list" per say, but researching listings
And the known realtors who deal mainly with them.
Sheriff sales can be researched at the auditors site & preforeclosed
Short Sales are mixed in the MLS as well.

How does someone with bad credit get pre-approved for a loan, even if it isn't a large loan?

Answer by Mark Seibert: Kimberlie,

We have several local mortgage companies who would be happy to qualify you over the phone.
There is also a company I'm aware of that will help better your credit standings for a loan too.
This way, you can have a game plan for coming here to Canton.
Thanks,
