Does anyone know when pre-sale in upcoming Riverside community starts?

Hi again,

Just an update... met with Jean Ann and the new sales counselor for Riverside Village today with Huntington. (She also owns Highland & Sanders Homes which will be in this community and he can respond to questions on these homes as well.) Jean Ann has assigned the sales counselor to this community and he said they're expecting an August/September opening. They are expecting to lay streets in July. Although their offices said they were going to take lot holds, he said they really are not going to do lot holds because it's caused confusion and frustration in the past. In The Lakes, which will be separated a little from the main community, they will also have 70' product and will start in the $700's. It'll be stucco/tile which is a new style for them. However, he said he will take private meetings with me and any interested buyers to discuss any questions you may have.

Most of the builders are taking lot deposits now, but who knows when construction will start. There are no sales offices there yet and I'm guessing construction won't start for several months. Probably 4-6 months, depending on how the economy goes and perhaps how sales finish out in La Villita. I'd guess it will be December before there is anything ready to move in. There are other builders in the Irving area with homes under construction or ready to build now if you are ready.

How exciting RIVERSIDE! I would love to take you out there and have you pick one out before the prime lots disappear. You can make a deposit that would hold your lot for you (say $500) since all pricing is not in, the deposit is refundable. But you are on the right track..LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION which is very important when or if you sell down the road. Do you need to sell a home before you buy? Sans Pareil will assist you in this area as well. Watching a home being built is so exciting, you get to keep an eye on every facet of the of the process. Also, when the time approaches, you will be able to inspect each phase of the construction.

Hi there,

I've talked with all the builders and they're going to have a soft opening in August. However, since Annette at Coventry is taking lot deposits, the other builders have decided to do so as well. We can meet you and have the builder rep meet us and look at the lots you're interested in. They don't have all the floorplans and pricing in place yet, so, of course, it's refundable. About a dozen people have already put in lot holds so far, so you've still got a good choice of lots available in the 50's or 60's whichever you choose.

I specialize in new homes, know all these builders personally and we would love the chance to represent your best interests in your new home purchase..

We do work with the builders. Pre- sales can start at anytime. Contact my office if we can assist you any further...NOTE: Never purchase a property direct from a builder, listing agent, seller UNLESS you have your own agent who works on your behalf. We answer so many calls and emails daily when things go wrong then it's tooooo late for us become involved.
