This property was a foreclosure, and banks don't disclose anything. They can't really, because they've never seen the property. The best way to determine the condition of the home would be to look at it. If after that you are serious about purchasing the home it would be good to hire an inspector to make sure things like the well, septic, and heating systems check out OK. There is a well and septic on this property.
