It would be better if you could inform me what exactly you are trying to achieve. We can of course guess as to what that is, but I do not work like that. I can only provide a service if I know what you are looking for. I provide real estate investment services in my monthly meetings for free. Just let me know what you are trying to do, and I can inform you how to go about it.
There are several "public" sites you can find info, but the best option is to ask the realtor, as the data is much better.
Just getting a list of homes isn't going to help. What will help is for you to provide a description of your property (type, number of bedrooms/baths, square footage, address, etc) so that a search of good comparisons will be more targeted towards what actually compares with your property.
I've done the research for several of my clients as part of my service, to help them prepare their case for reassessment (no charge). Don't hire someone to do this for you --- you can do this yourself, or ask a realtor to get the info you need. But the info must be very specific to your property. Otherwise, you'll have to sift through hundreds of sales in this zip code, before March 31 2008 (starting from when?).
Here's some info that may help you find the appropriate links, etc http://activerain.com/blogsview/799697/Reassessment-for-prop
