Hi Liz,

The HOA dues are $295/mo. The property is a bank owned foreclosure. After 76 days on the market, it did not sell, and now has gone to auction. If you have any other questions, or would like to know about other properties in the area, just contact us - we'd be glad to help you.

Hi Liz, the HOA fees for this complex appear to be $295.00 a month. This particular property is currently bank owned. The June 11th sale represents the date it went back to the bank. It was listed most recently with a list price of $409,000 and that listing expired at the end of January. I would assume we will be seeing it come back on the market in the near future.

Should you have any additional questions don't hesitate to contact me.
