Hi, Lin:

Just a note to say that I have been successful working to find sellers who are willing to do lease purchases and have developed a set of tools to help agents educate their seller clients on why they should consider the lease purchase. If you are an agent working with a prospective buyer as buyers agent, then these tools are really helpful and I am glad to share them with you. From time to time I also work with buyers who want to put together an option better than what is available from the rental pool. No charge for the tools, just a public service. Of course, if you would like me to pursue agents about desirable listings using these tools, I would be glad to do so as a buyers agent. No cost to buyers as the fee is derived from sellers at the closing.

Hi Lin
Are you looking for a rental or for a lease purchase? And are you looking specifically for Raymond only, or would you consider nearby communities as well? I know of somebody who may consider some creative solutions, but I"d like to see if you'd be a good match before I forward any contact information to anyone involved.
Thanks,
Valerie

Hi Lin- There are quite a few around- some are advertised on MLS and a few are not. What towns would you consider? If you'd like some assistance, please feel free to contact me. I live and work around the Raymond area.
This is actually a very good time to rent a house- there are a lot of empty houses out there that are "For Sale/ For Rent"- whatever will help the current seller stop the bleeding a little.
Thanks, and Good luck,
Ken L.
