I forgot to note in my previous answer that I checked our database for your email and wasn't able to find one sent from the address you use for your My Trulia account. If you can let me know the addresses you sent your message to and from, I'd appreciate it. If we're experiencing any problems with email receipt we'd like to track those down as quickly as possible.
Thank you for reaching out to us about this. I'm afraid the answer below is not entirely correct. Only listings that have been submitted to Trulia manually can be edited at this time. We receive your listing information from Keller Williams and display the photos that they provide in the data feed they send to us.
You'll notice that the listing we display that does not show a photo also doesn't show a photo on their site.
Please contact Keller Williams to ensure that they update the photo for this listing on their site and in the data feed they send to us. Once they do so, our display should update automatically thereafter.
Also, if you believe that we should be receiving information for other listings from Keller Williams, please access the link below to contact our Customer Service Team about the issue. Click on the 'Ask a Question' option to send an email to them directly and please be sure to include the complete addresses and prices for the missing listings.
