Property manager didn't receive my approval before making purchases/upgrades. What recouse do I have?

I have a signed contract with a property management company which states that all expenditures in excess of $300 which are not monthly or emergency in nature receive my approval. Recently the property management company made purchases of appliances and non-emergency upgrades to some of the units in my building withour my prior approval. Each individual instance was greater than $300. What recourse do I have against the management company.

DIFFICULT to state all matters are governed by the mgmt agreement you signed if the property mgmt company over step boundaries. If you intent was approve these changes I would not worry about however forward a certified return receipt stating circumstance.

HOWEVER if overstep boundaries w/o your approval confer with attorney had no authorization for any purchase I would seek reimbursement .
