Question to Realtors: How much of your time do you spend with people who never end up closing a sale?

Are you talking about Sellers Rick? You have got to be more specific with your question. Give us something to look at, why didn't the sale close, financials, mortgage, something must have gone wrong, or do they simply walk away all the time? If they do walk away, I'm guessing this already happened more than just once that is why you are asking this question, DROP THEM. If they aren't ready to commit why would you want to waste your time and energy. Don't be afraid to ask them what the problem is, unless you already know?
