Also, the square footage is not correct. Your facts are wrong. The house is 2857 sq. ft. Was remodeled somewhat in l995. Current use is as 4bd. 2ba.

Hello. Trulia gets information from public records and other sources that voluntarily submit information to Trulia (such as agent websites). Although Trulia does not need permission to display public record information, it would be desirable if all the public information were accurate. I pulled up a property profile for this property and it showed 2,170 square feet. You should contact the Nevada County Tax Assessor's office and find out what information they have for your property. (530) 265-1232. If you purchased the property in 2000 and the house was already 2,857 square foot, you may want to update the tax assessor with that information so that the public records reflect reality. Perhaps the previous owner did not get permits for the remodel and maybe that's why there is a discrepancy.

I believe Trulia pulls this information from public records and other public data sources, which if they are not current results in bad data.
Maybe try leaving feedback http://www.trulia.com/leave_feedback/
and see if they are responsive to pulling your home off this site.

or maybe someone else can tell you how to pull it off yourself, I couldn't find that information
