What is the rental situation in San Ramon, Dublin for 3 bdr. houses?

Asked by Gennady, San Ramon, CA Tue Apr 8, 2008

Can anybody share the data on properties being rented: location, square footage, rent amount and terms? I'm looking to probably rent my 3/4 bdr. house, about 2200 sq.ft. with nice backyard next to Walt Disney elementary.

you can go to, too. On the MLS, there are 3 up to 1700 sq ft asking between $2200 - $2500/month, and then at 2900 sq ft, asking $3400. Quite a range! If you use a realtor to find a renter, then they will do the credit check, and help you through the application process and have the renters sign a very binding rental agreement.

For reasonably priced homes in San Ramon the rental market is fairly tight.. Right now with many waiting for market to stabilize before they buy or not being able to, we are seeing an average of 5-10 prospective tenants for each property in the first week. Best place to check is Craigslist and then the paper, San Ramon Valley Times. Most homes near Walt Disney are older and smaller square footage than you are look for.
