Ron,

This house is pending contract and is scheduled to close today (2/20). It is not a short sale as previously indicated.

Hi Ron, Alex is ight this proeprty is actually pending in our MLS system which means it has contract on it but it has not yet closed. Trulia has it's status as sold. It does not appear to be a short sale or a foreclosure though.

My best,
Terri

Hi Ron, It is not listed as being an active listing; it is showing it to be listed as a sold listing. There are several status' for a listing, It can be Pending, Active, Sold or Withdrawn. Trulia has chosed to keep this listing posted in sold status.

My best,
Terri

Ron -

This property isn't yet sold - it's pending contract. That means that the buyer and seller have agreed on terms, but title hasn't transferred yet. In this case, the property is a short sale and the contract has probably been sent to the bank for short sale approval. That can take weeks, and if the bank decides the offer is too low, the contract will probably be canceled and the property will come back on the market.
