I sent you an email about the potential ways this info can be changed. Trulia seems to pull info after a listing expires or is sold from other sources. One of my listings shows up as a farm and ranch if I don't get to it in time and get the listing onto Trulia renewed fast enough. I don't know how or why, but at least there are ways to fix it.
