This home looks pretty good, but there are many things to consider with ANY home as well as this one. The old "location, location, location" comes to mind. It's a decent location, but it's two blocks from RR tracks and you'd have to decide if that's far enough a way. It's close to a lot of other things that are usually important to most people, likes stores, dining, schools, etc. This particicular home has no appliances in it. So, it wouldn't go FHA financing at this time unless we got the Seller (the bank) to provide them. It has Central Heat, but not Air, just a wall unit. Anything more, you'd need to have a professional home inspection completed to find out what is not visible.

It looks like a good buy and I am sure added square footage will greatly strengthen the value, but again I would need more information to say for certain.
