Hi
The first 2 answers are both correct, this is really a nice home and Chatham County taxes are much cheaper.

The property tax record shows that the builder paid $5,377 for 2008. Although this home has a Chapel Hill address, it is located in Chatham County. You will have Chatham County schools, services and tax rate. One of the benefits of moving to Chatham County is the low county tax which is less than half the tax in the Chapel Hill area. When estimating taxes on Chatham properties, $700/yr/$100,000 value is a good round number to use. Windfall is located next to the Preserve at Jordan Lake on Big Woods Rd.
