I'm curious how you know it's for rent too. You could check AJC.com, Craig's List, and all the other real estate sites.
Generally, if a home is for rent, there's a sign in the yard with a contact number on it. You could do a drive-by and call them. Is my age showing?

Where are you seeing this home for rent? It is listed as SOLD on Trulia and it doesn't come up in any search I can find. Are you looking for a rental in that area? If so, your best best would be to allow a realtor who works with rentals in that area. That person would have access to current inventory available to rent, listen to your needs, and offer several available properties for you to consider. Randomly searching on internet sites for the public with outdated information can be like searching for a needle in a haystack. Hope this info helps and if I can help you in any way, please do give me a call. I work all markets, all price ranges, all needs from rentals, to buyers, to residential listings to commercial buying and selling, to foreclosures and short sales and everything in between.
