The best way to learn about a neighborhood is to visit at several different times during the day/week. Do your homework, talk to the people who live in the town house community. I always encourage my Clients to spend time in the neighborhood to make sure it is what they are looking for. For more info or suggestions, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Just visit the area and the complex in different times of the day. Look around :cleanliness and maintenance (residents and property management co) and listen: residents or nearby activities-train,highway etc. that's should be enough.
are you in touch with a realtor? . They can help you with anything involved with buying a property. the best advice is to find one of the local realtors who can counsel you. Good Luck!
