The valley is not an "easy" place for rentals -- I kept a notebook and tracked rentals throughout the years that we lived there..and I found rentals for two other families based on my work. They laughed at me when I showed them the notebook..but It is a very competetive market..and timinig is everything. A 6 month lease may not realistic in the peak rental seasons (spring/summer).
