This home was purchased by the Steveys in 1999 for $83,000, and they financed their closing costs. In 2001, Eddie quitclaimed his interest to Renee. However, in April of 2005, Renee quitclaimed her interest back to herself and Eddie at the same time that they refinanced the home and pulled out $178,750. Renee probably would have been better off not refinancing and not deeding half her interest to Eddie. Eddie could have been a real sweet talker, though. You never know.

Because the bank foreclosed on this home and recorded a Trustee's deed on September 24, 2007, claiming it was owed $193,642. Which means a person could have bought this property at the public auction but most likely did not feel it was worth $193,642. As of this date, the bank has not yet listed this home for sale, but you could contact HSBC Bank USA for more information.

Who sold it? Tax records indicate it is a bank-owned property...it is not listed on MLS.
